I've known Joe for a handful of yeas, met him a few times, and helped on a storm in his town once. My experience of Joe has been that he's a competent businessman and integral individual. I've spent hours speaking with him in regards to emergency tree work. He has never once kept any information private or tried to leverage information for money.
